The course is taught to students pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
The aim of the course is to develop students’ modern management thinking and specialised knowledge in the field of management, provide an understanding of the conceptual foundations of the systems approach to managing organisations, and develop the ability to analyse the internal and external environments and make appropriate managerial decisions.
The main objectives of the course are to consolidate the theoretical foundations of management and understand the key trends and directions in their development; define the essence, laws, principles, and mechanisms of management; master the fundamentals of management methodology, technologies, and procedures; and develop the skills required to design and implement measures aimed at ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of management activities.
