Goal: Objective: to define the specific nature of labor law as a branch of law; to explain the essence, types, and terms of the employment agreement, as well as the procedure for its conclusion; to compare the employment agreement with the contract for services and the employment contract; to characterize the grounds and procedures for the termination of an employment agreement; to distinguish between types and schedules of working time, as well as types of rest periods and leave; to determine the grounds and procedures for imposing material and disciplinary liability; and to define the nature of individual and collective labor disputes.
