Judicial System and Law Enforcement Agencies
Goal: Objective: to characterize Ukraine’s judicial system and the nature of law enforcement and human rights protection activities in the country; to outline the operational specifics of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine; and to define the systems of justice administration and internal affairs agencies in Ukraine, as well as the status of the National Police and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).

Goal: Objective: to define the specific nature of labor law as a branch of law; to explain the essence, types, and terms of the employment agreement, as well as the procedure for its conclusion; to compare the employment agreement with the contract for services and the employment contract; to characterize the grounds and procedures for the termination of an employment agreement; to distinguish between types and schedules of working time, as well as types of rest periods and leave; to determine the grounds and procedures for imposing material and disciplinary liability; and to define the nature of individual and collective labor disputes. -

Мета заняття: визначити сутність міжнародного права як галузі права, його специфіку та місце в системі права, встановити співвідношення між міжнародним та внутрішньодержавним (національним) правом, охарактеризувати предмет і методи міжнародного права, проаналізувати поняття та зміст міжнародних відносин.

Мета заняття: необхідно визначити предмет та методи правового регулювання, місце екологічного права в системі права, його джерела, особливу увагу звернути на поняття, зміст та види екологічних відносин; висвітлити поняття права природокористування: загального та спеціального природокористування та надати їх загальну характеристику;визначити поняття, коло суб’єктів права користування природними ресурсами та їх особливості.
